When the alarm goes off, they’re already hitting the snooze button and beginning the day in a REACTIVE STATE.

They then have to rush to get ready, flood themselves with stress and anxiety thinking about all the things they have to do that day.

Or they feel so tired and exhausted that after their 8 hours of sleep that they need to have their coffee just to give themselves a boost of energy…

And Sure Enough, They Repeat The Same Pattern Day After Day… Repeating The Same Reactive Morning Ritual.

What if there was a way to consciously start off the day in a proactive way? What if there was a way to wake up with energy, excitement, passion, and joy? Or with a big smile on your face and a feeling of confidence about what you’re going to do that day? Or what if you took the time to condition yourself to be who you want to be, to become the best version of yourself? How would your day be different? How would your life be different?

An Empowering Morning Ritual is when you take charge of the most important part of the day, which is first thing in the morning, and proactively spend it in ways that make you and your quality of life better!

I first started doing an empowering morning ritual when I was 17 years old and virtually every area of my life has become better.

By applying a simple, everyday empowering morning ritual, I’ve been able to make more money, be physically energetic and vibrant, get in great shape, attract my ideal partner, create an amazing relationship…

I’ve been able to influence thousands of other people around the world that have started a morning ritual and shared their stories about how their lives have changed for the better.

How you spend your time in the morning has the power to change your life. So my question is… What is your current morning ritual? The truth is, we all have a morning ritual whether we’re aware of it or not. But again, most people haven’t consciously designed one and are reacting. They have what I call a "Disempowering Ritual", because it actually creates more stress, anxiety, and is holding them back from living the life that they want.

I’ve been studying and learning from the absolute best to discover the thoughts, beliefs, habits, emotions and behaviours that they do every morning that make them successful and happy.

If someone is successful in their life, then there are consistent things they’re doing every morning and throughout the day that are setting themselves up for success.

They have ways of thinking, certain belief systems, habits and behaviours that they’ve conditioned in their lives and made automatic.

If someone is physically fit and energetic, then they have a specific morning ritual that conditions them every morning to be fit, vibrant and energetic.

And if someone has a remarkable relationship, or they’re confident, or they’re happy and fulfilled – then I can promise you that there’s certain things they’re doing every morning that are helping them to make that happen.

Benjamin Franklin, a Founding Father Of The United States, and co-author of The Declaration Of Independance, had a morning ritual of waking up at 4:00am, which would involve proactively thinking about what he would accomplish for that day. He would ask himself the question, “What good shall I do this day?"

Oprah Winfrey’s morning ritual consists of clearing her mind with at least 20 minutes of meditation. Oprah says about after her morning ritual: "I walked away feeling fuller than when I’d come in. Full of hope, a sense of contentment, and deep joy. Knowing for sure that even in the daily craziness that bombards us from every direction, there is — still — the constancy of stillness. Only from that space can you create your best work and your best life.”

Tony Robbins calls his empowering morning ritual his "Hour Of Power", but sometimes will do "30 Minutes To Thrive" or at least "15 Minutes For Fulfillment". Tony claims that a major element of his sustained energy and focus comes from his intense and unusual morning ritual.

Arianna Huffington’s morning ritual begins every morning with 30 minutes of meditation. She’s so convinced of the benefits that she offers weekly classes to her employees.

Virgin founder Richard Branson says about waking up in the morning: “I leave the curtains undrawn and the sun comes up at 5:45am and straight in my eyes. I love bouncing up early.” His morning ritual consists of a swim around his island or goes kitesurfing if it’s windy, then plays tennis before sitting down for a healthy breakfast.

Lady Gaga’s morning ritual begins with yoga, as well as 5 minutes each day of self directed love and gratitude through compassionate thoughts. She does this every morning upon waking, and carries the feeling with her throughout the day to help her stand tall in challenging times.

Steve Jobs, Founder of Apple Computers, spent his mornings re-evaluating his work and desires. In his speech to a graduating class at Stanford, Jobs said, “For the past 33 years I have looked in the mirror every morning and asked myself: ‘If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?’ And whenever the answer has been ‘No’ for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something.”
